Culloden Battlefield, Inverness, Scotland - Jul 2015

We went up to Inverness for a long weekend for my Birthday but it was mainly to visit Culloden Battlefield.

When we got to Culloden and walked onto the battlefield, I swear you could feel something, it has a very special atmosphere. It’s got to have something to do with all the people who died there.

We found the Clan Cameron marker stone. Then we went into the visitors centre and it was very interesting learning all about the Jacobite uprising in 1745.
